All you need is a tape measure and the trousers you usually wear with your belt.
Using a tape measure, measure your waist over your trousers, at the point where you usually wear your belt.
Choose the size whose length is closest to your measurement. Otherwise, go by your usual trouser size.
Choose the larger size. The belt’s five holes give you comfortable room to adjust.

* Length measured from the inner edge of the buckle to the third hole (centre hole). Five holes spaced 2.5 cm apart, giving 5 cm of adjustment either side of the stated size.

Example: a T1 belt measures 100 cm at the centre hole. It therefore adjusts from 95 cm (first hole) to 105 cm (last hole).
On non-reversible models, the size is embossed on the back of the belt so you can find it easily.
