You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your package to return an item - Free returns in mainland France (Colissimo).

DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS

Delivery is free and guaranteed before Christmas in France for all orders placed before December 19 at 2:00 PM via Colissimo and before December 22 at 1:00 PM via Chronopost.

Other countries

Delivery is guaranteed before Christmas for all orders placed by the following dates:

Middle East: December 19
Africa: December 17
Asia and India: December 18
Australia: December 17
North America (excluding USA): December 19

EXTENDED RETURN PERIOD – CHRISTMAS SEASON
